Following the consultaton process and with agreement from the relevant organisations Sharoe Green Surgery will close on Friday 28th February 2020.

Patients have the choice to transfer their registration to The Healthcare Centre, Flintoff Way or Longsands Medical Centre, Longsands Lane.

Patients should speak to one of the reception team regarding the transfer.
