All patients are entitled under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Access to Health Records Act 1990 to check that any data concerning them, whether held in their medical records or on computer, is accurate. All requests for access to medical records can be requested at main reception or you can view your medical record online via Patient Access or the NHS App.
