The Healthcare Centre is open from 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. In addition, the Healthcare Centre offers routine appointments with the doctor or nurse on Tuesday evenings when the surgery is open until 8.00pm.

Longsands Medical Centre
Longsands Medical Centre is open from 8.00am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

In order to maintain continuity of care we encourage patients to see the same doctor for any one problem. You have the option to see the doctor of your choice, although there may be a longer wait time. Please remember, an appointment is for one person only and if more family members need to see the doctor please make this clear when booking an appointment.

Enhanced Access to GP appointments
General Practice is available outside of core hours, as routine appointments become available on evenings and weekends.
Preston North and East Primary Care Network have increased access to pre-bookable, routine appointments at evenings and weekends. Limited appointments are available Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 8.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Protected Education Sessions - One Tuesday in every month
The surgeries are closed on a Tuesday afternoon every month for staff education and training purposes.
