To use you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.

• Make or cancel an appointment with the doctor
• Order your repeat prescription
• View a summary of your medical record (this includes medications, immunisations and any allergies)

Registering for online access is simple and enables you to gain access to services at a time that is convenient to you.

You will need to bring photographic ID to the surgery and ask at reception for registration details.
